Vicaima was the door brand elected to provide expression to The Lodge Wine & Business Hotel. This five-star hotel is the result of the conversion of an old port wine cellar. Located in the historical heart of Vila Nova de Gaia, alongside the Port wine cellars, The Lodge Wine & Business Hotel, bears the signature of the Atelier Nini Andrade Silva, and is marked in its genesis, by the fusion between modern design and the stamp of tradition.

Featuring numerous interior door solutions and fire or acoustic performances certified by international accredited bodies, the applications ranged from Portaro® Inverse EI30 AC38 dB, a solution presenting the door faced with the panels, to Portaro® EI30 AC33, 42 or 49 dB. A number of Portaro® Sliding doors were also fitted, known for their versatility and space optimisation, Portaro® Swinging to facilitate staff circulation between different areas, as well as wardrobe faces, which are highly versatile and functional. The integrated options are designed to reinforce the high standards of comfort, security and acoustics of The Lodge Wine & Business Hotel and are found throughout the entire Hotel, starting at the room entrances, the restaurant, the kitchen, auditoriums, reception, corridors and technical areas.
