The new Santa Apolonia Smart Studios Residence features different solutions supplied by Globaldis. With a distinctive and striking touch, these solutions helped increase this space to a level of comfort, elegance and modernity.

This 114-room project is offered in a co-living regime, a market segment designed for students, mobile workers and young professionals.

Different Portaro® solutions by Vicaima were integrated in the rooms and common areas, namely the Portaro® Inverse 30 minutes and acoustic 38dB, the Portaro® Inverse, the Portaro® Pocket door and the Portaro® Sliding door.

The interior design of the building was complemented with wall panels, skirting and wardrobes in the bedrooms.
