The chipboard panels are made of wood particles held together by synthetic resin, under the action of pressure at high temperature for application in a dry environment. It is a plate of three layers, with a raw, smooth and even surface, which is very versatile with regard to their potential applications.
Used uncoated (raw) and almost all kinds of coatings (melamine, wood veneer and laminates or sandwich-panel) and finishings (wood stains, varnishes and lacquers) possible. It is well suited for general use, especially in furniture and in construction.
We can distinguish several types of particleboard panels coated with wood veneer:
Standard - composite wood particles joined by synthetic resins, under the action of pressure at high temperature, coated with wood veneer;
Moisture resistant - is a standard veneered chipboard with improved moisture resistance for structural uses and use in humid environment resistance which is identified by the green staining throughout the thickness;
Super Pan - especially chipboard and wood fibers bonded by synthetic resins, under the action of pressure at high temperature, coated with wood veneer;
